Account
Web dashboard
Manage your account, sign-in, sessions, usage, and workspace from the Velork dashboard on the web.
The dashboard at /dashboard is where you manage your Velork account in the browser: your profile and sign-in, your devices, what you've used, and your workspace. Sign in with the same account you use in the desktop app.
Find your way around
The sidebar has four groups:
| Group | Pages |
|---|---|
| Home | Your month at a glance |
| Usage | Spending and Requests & limits |
| Workspace | Members, Plan & billing, Security, and Audit log |
| Account | Your account and Download desktop |
Security shows for workspace owners and admins only.
Switch workspaces from the menu with the workspace name at the top of the sidebar. The card at the bottom shows your plan, when it renews, and how close you are to your plan's limits, with Manage plan or Compare plans. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st.
Your name at the bottom of the sidebar opens Settings and Log out.
Home
Home shows:
- What you've spent this month, your Closest limit, your Active days, and AI requests this month
- Recent activity from your devices and the web
- Get set up: install the desktop app, connect a model provider, paste a design from Figma, and invite a teammate. Done steps are checked off.
- Devices you're signed in on, with Manage to go to your sessions
Your account
Profile
- Photo: click it or drop an image on it. PNG, JPG, or WebP.
- Name: shown in workspaces, comments, and the audit log
- Email: shows Verified or Not verified. Click Verify email to get a new link. Verify it to keep getting receipts and invites.
Click Save changes when you're done.
Sign-in
- Password: click Send reset link and Velork emails you a link to set a new one. If you sign in with GitHub or Google, the page shows that provider as Connected instead, and your password is managed there.
- Passkeys: click Add passkey to sign in with Touch ID, Face ID, or your device PIN. Each passkey shows when it was added and last used. Click Remove, then confirm, to delete one.
Sessions
Every browser and device signed in to your account, with when it signed in and when it was last active. Click Sign out next to a session to end it, or Sign out all to end every session except this browser.
Delete your account
- Under Account, click Delete account
- Type your email to confirm
- Click Delete my account
This removes your profile, the workspaces you own, and their designs. It can't be undone.
