Terms of Service
The terms and conditions for using Velork.
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Velork ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Velork Service
Velork is a design-native IDE for teams that want to move from idea to shipped software in one workspace. The Service includes the Velork desktop application, our web dashboard, and related cloud services that power accounts, billing, workspaces, and usage limits.
Velork combines a design canvas, a full code editor, AI assistance, and task management. You can import designs from Figma (paste or browser extension), capture websites and desktop apps for inspiration, iterate in Design mode, write and run code in Develop mode, and track work on a task board with optional autonomous agent runs.
What Is Included
Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
- AI chat with Velork modes: Develop, Plan, Test, Debug, Design, and Inspiration
- Design canvas editing, layer-based design tools, and design-to-code conversion
- Inspiration captures from websites or desktop apps
- Task board with manual tasks and autonomous agent runs
- Reusable blueprints and MCP server connections
- Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) support for supported AI providers, plus Velork-managed provider routing where available
- Personal and team workspaces, with team admin controls, audit logs, and KPI dashboards on Team plans
- Standard developer workflows such as Git, terminal, and extensions within the desktop IDE
Features may change, move between plans, or be offered in preview. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature.
AI Features & Provider Terms
Velork sends prompts, design context, code, and related inputs to AI providers you configure (BYOK) or that Velork routes on your behalf. Output quality, availability, and data handling also depend on those providers' terms and policies.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated code, designs, and suggestions before use in production. Velork does not guarantee that generated output is correct, secure, or fit for your purpose.
User Accounts & Workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Personal workspaces belong to your account. Pro subscriptions bill your personal account and apply to your active personal workspace.
- Team workspaces are billed per seat to the workspace owner. Team members use the product under the owner's subscription for that workspace; personal subscriptions are separate.
- Notify us promptly at support@velork.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or upload content you do not have rights to use
- Generate malware, spam, harassment, or other harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or bypass plan limits, authentication, or rate limits
- Run abusive automation, including excessive agent runs, captures, or API usage intended to evade metering
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to paid features
- Disrupt the Service, other users, or connected third-party systems
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or our fair-use policy for unlimited plans.
Plan Limits & Fair Use
Free and paid plans include different usage limits on product metrics such as Figma pastes, web captures, design mode requests, task runs, blueprints, MCP servers, and inspiration sites. Limits reset monthly or apply for the life of the workspace, as shown in Settings → Billing or Usage and on our Billing & Refunds Policy.
Pro and Team remove metered caps on listed product metrics under normal use. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse unlimited access.
Current plan prices and feature lists are published on our Pricing page.
Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of designs, code, tasks, and other content you create or import, subject to third-party rights in source material (for example, Figma files or captured websites). You grant Velork a limited license to host, process, and display your content only as needed to operate the Service.
AI-generated output
Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use output generated for you through the Service. Similar output may be produced for other users from similar inputs.
Velork platform
Velork's software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology remain our property. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or to copy or redistribute the Velork application except as allowed by applicable open-source licenses included with the product.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties including AI model providers, Stripe (payments), Figma (design import), Git hosting providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Velork is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, pricing changes, or data handling by providers you connect. You can revoke integrations where the provider allows it.
Subscriptions & Billing
Velork offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans renew automatically through Stripe until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, chargebacks, team seat billing, failed payments, and EU consumer notices are described in our Billing & Refunds Policy. Billing questions: billing@velork.com.
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velork is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, third-party integration failures, or output that requires manual review.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Velork in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel paid plans at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your access ends, but you retain ownership of your content. We may retain certain records as required by law or for billing and security purposes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
