Keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts for Velork layouts and views, chat, sessions, the agents panel, the built-in browser, the canvas, motion, prototypes, and Velork Capture.

Shortcuts are shown with macOS keys. On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl for Cmd and Alt for Option, unless a row says otherwise. Shortcuts that already use Ctrl on a Mac stay Ctrl everywhere.

To see or change any shortcut, open Settings → General → Keyboard shortcuts. All VS Code editor shortcuts work as usual in the Editor view.

Layouts and views

`Cmd` + `Option` + `C`	Switch to Canvas view
`Cmd` + `Option` + `E`	Switch to Editor view
`Cmd` + `Option` + `T`	Switch to Tasks view
`Cmd` + `,`	Open Settings
`Cmd` + `Shift` + `P`	Open the Command Palette
`Cmd` + `P`	Go to file. In the Agents layout, opens the search for sessions, files, actions, and settings.

Chat input

These work while focus is in the chat.

`Cmd` + `/`	Open the model picker
`Cmd` + `Shift` + `T`	Toggle thinking
`Cmd` + `Shift` + `A`	Toggle autonomous mode

Chat sessions

These work while focus is in the chat area, outside the agents panel.

When sessions show as tabs in the Agents layout:

`Cmd` + `Shift` + `T`	Reopen a closed session tab, when focus is outside the chat

Cmd + Shift + T has two jobs. While focus is in the chat, it toggles thinking. To reopen a closed session tab, click outside the chat first, for example on the tab row, then press it.

Tool permissions

When Agent asks before running a tool:

On Windows and Linux, next and previous tab also work with Ctrl + Page Down and Ctrl + Page Up.

When the panel has no tabs open, press one letter to pick the tab type:

Built-in browser

`Cmd` + `Shift` + `D`	Annotate the page for Agent. Also works from the chat while a browser tab is showing.

In a Review Changes tab, Cmd + F searches the changes.

Motion

These work while the canvas has focus and you're not typing.

Prototype

Velork Capture (Chrome)

`Cmd` + `Shift` + `E`	Start the element picker on the current tab
`Cmd` + `Shift` + `C`	Copy the last captured element to Velork

Then paste on the canvas in Velork with Cmd + V. You can change these in Chrome at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
