Blueprints
Blueprints are saved prompt templates you attach to Agent sessions. Use them to standardize recurring workflows — scaffold from a canvas frame, run a test pass, or enforce team conventions.
Select a blueprint
Open the mode dropdown in chat. Under Blueprints, pick an existing blueprint or Create Blueprint.... When one is active, Edit Current... opens the editor.
Create or edit
The blueprint dialog includes:

| Color / Icon | Visual identity in the list |
| Instructions & Skills | Full prompt body with @ mentions |
| MCP Servers | Tools available when this blueprint runs |
| Share with team | Team workspace sharing when on Team plan |
Save with Save. Remove with Delete.

When to use blueprints
- Repeatable UI scaffolding from canvas selections
- Standard code review or test passes
- Team-wide coding conventions encoded once
Combine blueprints with Modes — for example a Develop blueprint for component generation and a Test blueprint for verification.
