Delete your Velork account

Steps to request deletion of your Velork account and associated personal data.

This page explains how to delete your Velork account. Deletion permanently deactivates your account and removes or anonymizes personal data as described below.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in at https://velork.com/login
  2. Open Settings (https://velork.com/dashboard/settings)
  3. Scroll to Delete account and confirm by typing your account email

Or email privacy@velork.com from the address on your account with the subject Account deletion request. Include your account email and we will process the request.

What is deleted

  • Account profile (name, email, username, avatar)
  • Authentication credentials and sessions
  • Workspace content tied to your account (projects, chats, and related product data), subject to legal holds

What may be retained

  • Billing and tax records retained as required by law
  • Security and fraud logs for a limited period where required
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot identify you

After deletion we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where retention is legally required. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can request deletion or correction of specific personal data without deleting your whole account by emailing privacy@velork.com. Say which data you want removed. We delete or anonymize eligible personal data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except billing/tax or security records we must keep by law. Full account deletion is covered above.
