Velork Alpha 0.4.0-alpha
Make motion videos with the AI, with real 3D, export them in every format an agency asks for, and put any project online with a link.
New
- Deploy: share a live link to any project from the title bar. Static sites and full apps go up at <name>.velork.dev, and agents can deploy for you
- Motion videos with AI: scenes and transitions, text animators (typewriter, scramble, counting), a camera, 3D tilt, reveals, wiggle, repeats and particles. Ask the AI for a launch video and it builds and times the whole thing
- Real 3D: frames can hold a real 3D scene with boxes, spheres, text shapes, devices, lights and a camera, all animatable. Import your own GLB, glTF or OBJ models
- Export formats: MOV (ProRes 4444 with transparency, or 422 HQ), WebM with transparency, PNG sequence, Lottie and animated SVG, plus 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 reframing
- Find files in agents mode: Command-P and the title-bar search open the Velork search palette with recent files first; files open in a full editor tab
Improvements
- Every chat, every folder: chats are kept for the whole app, so switching the main folder no longer hides a folder's chats
- Faster exports: motion blur on the GPU and encoding off the main thread, about ten times faster per frame
- Tidy canvas: new frames from the AI land in free space instead of on top of your work
- Faster phone: the Velork mobile app gets chats much smaller and faster from your Mac
- AI tools match their docs: what the AI is taught now matches what the design tools accept, so fewer calls are rejected
Fixes
- Typing lag after launch: the chat input no longer lags for the first half minute after opening Velork
- Long exports crashing the canvas: a memory leak during video export is fixed
- Updates on macOS: an update now replaces the whole app (old files no longer linger), an installed update no longer shows as pending, and old downloads are cleaned up (about 1 GB each)
